How much does it cost?
Using Senda is free if you use the *130*256# USSD service. In fact, every time you sell airtime or electricity we pay YOU a profit!

Is Senda safe?
Yes, Senda is secured with a PIN. Never tell anyone your PIN.
What if I forget my PIN?
Please visit www.senda.co.za and send a support request on the Support menu. Or email us at support@senda.co.za or call 011 848 8221.

Will Senda work on any phone?
Yes – Dial *130*256# to sign up and start selling.

Which account do I deposit funds to?
Please deposit at least R100 into our Blue Label One ABSA bank account# 4077 812 446, Sandton City Branch# 63200500

Why does my deposit not reflect?
It can take upto 24 hours during the week to appear in our bank account. Deposits over weekends are only uploaded on Monday morning.

Am I able to sell airtime for all networks?
Yes – You can sell airtime for Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, Telkom Mobile (8.ta), Virgin Mobile, Neotel & Telkom.

Can I sell electricity for any municipality with Senda?
Your municipality will be identified by the meter number you enter when you make an electricity purchase. We will tell you if we recognise your meter number.

How does my customer get their airtime or electricity?
We will send the voucher by SMS to the mobile number you enter when selling airtime.

What if I lose my voucher information?
Please check the 'Last Transaction' option in the main menu.
How much profit do I make per sale with either airtime or electricity?
Please refer to the discounts menu (option 5) for the discount breakdown per network.

How do I top up another Senda’s account balance?
Senda allows customers to transfer account balances and this is known as ‘Send-a-Topup’. The person who performs the top up is charged a flat R2 fee and the person who is topped up gets the full value in their Senda account balance.
